Why Study With IPAV?

Recent legislation regarding estate agency practice in Ireland has seen to it that in future, the person setting out on a career in property will require the appropriate education and training relevant to practice.  This marks a significant departure from  all previous practices as it recognises that the market is very diverse and imposes different requirements on practitioners. 

The Institute of professional Auctioneers (IPAV) is a progressive professional association providing education for those who wish to pursue a career in property.

Since 1991, IPAV has established a firm standing within academic circles and the property industry through its work in the field of education.

It has links with the University of Reading (College of Estate Management) – and the University of the West of England for the delivery of an honours degree in property management and valuation.

Graduates are also accepted on to property degree courses in Ireland on the basis of their IPAV awards.

IPAV education course are offered on a part time and full time basis, and the Institute is constantly reviewing delivery to ensure that intending student needs can be met.
